Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and [XtraMindAI Technology Private Limited] ("XtraMindAI", "we", "us"), the operator of this website and the programs offered on it.

By accessing the site, registering for the masterclass, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy a program.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a program. If you are between [12] and 18, you may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the programs complies with the laws that apply to you and with any policies of your employer.

Access to program material and the community is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

Accounts may not be shared, resold, or transferred. If we have reasonable grounds to believe an account is being shared, we may suspend access while we look into it.

Tell us at [support@xtramindai.com] as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Practical AI Masterclass

A live online session of approximately three hours, plus the recording and the materials listed on the masterclass page. Access to the recording and materials lasts [3 days] from the session date.

Silver and Gold memberships

Access to the course material, projects, resources, mentorship sessions and community described on the membership page, for [Lifetime] from the date of purchase.

Live sessions, mentor calls and community access are scheduled features. We will tell you in advance if a session is rescheduled, and we will make a recording available where the format allows it.

Prices are shown at checkout in [INR] and include or exclude taxes as stated there. Payments are processed by our payment provider, [Razorpay] — we do not receive or store your full card details.

Access is granted once payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved.

We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect a purchase you have already completed.

When using the site, the programs or the community, you agree not to:

• record, copy, redistribute or resell any course material, recording or resource
• share your access with anyone else, or post material outside the community
• use the community to advertise, recruit or sell without our written permission
• harass, abuse or discriminate against other members, mentors or staff
• upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious or deliberately misleading
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with them
• use the programs to build a directly competing course or training product

We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

All course material, recordings, prompts, templates, workflows, written content, designs and branding on this site remain our property or that of our licensors.

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own learning and for your own work, including work you do for your employer or your clients. That licence does not let you redistribute the material itself, repackage it, or teach it as your own program.

Anything you build during a program — your prompts, automations, agents and projects — belongs to you.

You keep ownership of anything you post in the community or submit for review. By posting it, you give us permission to display it inside the program and community for the purpose of running them.

We will not use your name, image, project or words in marketing without asking you first and getting your explicit consent.

The programs teach you to use third-party tools and AI services that we do not own or control. You are responsible for your own accounts with them, for any fees they charge, and for complying with their terms.

AI systems can produce output that is inaccurate, outdated, biased or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything you generate before you rely on it, publish it, or use it in your work. This is a point we teach, and it is also a term of this agreement.

We teach practical skills and give you the structure to apply them. We do not promise any particular career, income, hiring, business or performance outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

What you get out of a program depends on the work you put into it and on circumstances outside our control.

AI moves quickly, and our material changes with it. We may update, add to, reorder or retire modules, tools and resources so that the programs stay current.

If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you and offer a reasonable remedy.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before you buy.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if your payment is reversed, or if your conduct puts other members or our staff at risk.

Where the circumstances allow it, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we end your access for a breach, no refund is due.

The site and the programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the material will be suitable for any particular purpose of yours.

Nothing in the programs is legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice. Nothing here excludes any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the programs.

Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the program in question in the [LIABILITY CAP PERIOD] before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the programs, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

Continuing to use the site or the programs after a change means you accept the updated terms.
